Well I am five days into the 100 day challenge. My running is coming along quite nicely and I can comfortably run 6km, without dying on the side of the road.

I have brought my list in just to make it a thorough list for the blog. There are some really arbitrary things on the list like: replace stolen licence etc.

Set up blog : done!
Create a Twitter feed onto my account.
Take up salsa
Take up wing chun.
Practice my free running/ Parkour

So as you can see from this blog and the last, there are quite a few things going on at the moment.
